Audio Equalizer
Shape the sound of any audio file by boosting or cutting bass, mid and treble with three simple sliders. Preview the tuned result live, reset anytime, and export the finished audio as WAV for full quality or MP3 for easy sharing.
How to use
- Choose an audio file.
- Move the Bass, Mid and Treble sliders and preview the result.
- Export the tuned audio as WAV or MP3.
Bass is a low shelf at 200 Hz, Mid is a peak at 1000 Hz and Treble is a high shelf at 3200 Hz, applied with Web Audio biquad filters.
Tips
- Start with small moves of 2–4 dB — big boosts can push quiet recordings into distortion.
- Boost bass when music sounds thin on small speakers; cut treble when voice recordings sound harsh.
- Press Reset EQ to compare the original and tuned sound side by side before exporting.
- Check the result on the headphones or speakers your listeners will use — bass sounds very different on each device.
