Blood Pressure Log Tracker

Record each blood pressure reading with the date and time. The log labels every reading, draws the trend of your recent readings and shows averages for the last 7 and 30 days — all stored only in your browser.

No readings yet. Add your first reading above.

General information only, not medical advice. Category labels are informational and not a diagnosis. If readings are often high or you feel unwell, see a doctor. Emergency signs such as chest pain, severe headache or shortness of breath need urgent care.

How to use

  1. Enter systolic, diastolic and pulse, plus the date and time of the reading.
  2. Click Add reading — it is saved in your browser and added to the log.
  3. Watch the trend chart and the 7 day and 30 day averages over time.

Note: Rest 5 minutes before measuring, sit with your back supported and your arm at heart level. This tool stores data only in this browser on this device.

Tips

  • Measure at the same times each day for a fair trend.
  • Avoid coffee, exercise and smoking for 30 minutes before measuring.
  • Take two readings a minute apart and log both — the log shows them all.
  • Bring your log to doctor visits; the trend often matters more than one reading.
