How to use
- After each service, enter the date, mileage, service type and cost, then press Add Record.
- Set your next service mileage or date in the reminder section and press Save Reminder.
- Return any time to see total spending, average cost per service and the live reminder status.
- Use Export CSV to download your full history as a spreadsheet file.
Note: Mileage reminders compare your target with the highest mileage in your records, so always log the odometer reading after every service.
Tips
- Log the odometer reading at every fuel stop too, by adding a record with zero cost and a short note.
- Most cars need an oil change every 5,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first.
- A complete history with dates and costs increases resale value, so export the CSV before selling.
- Use the notes field for the workshop name and parts used, so warranty claims are easy later.
