How to use

  1. Enter your current CGPA, completed credit hours, and the target CGPA you want to reach.
  2. Add one row per upcoming semester with its credit hours and the grade you expect to earn.
  3. Read the projected final CGPA and the average GPA you need across the remaining hours.
  4. If the required average is above 4.0, the target is marked unrealistic and you can set a lower target.

Note: This planner uses the standard 4.0 scale and assumes all courses count fully. Some universities use different scales or grade rules, so check your transcript for the exact calculation your university applies.

Tips

  • Heavy credit-hour semesters move your CGPA more than light ones, so plan realistic grades for big semesters.
  • Retaking a low-grade course helps more than adding a new easy course of the same size.
  • Revisit the plan each semester and update the expected grades with your actual results.
