How to use
- Enter the original invoice number or choose from saved invoices, then select the reason.
- Enter the party and the credit items/amount.
- Press Save Credit Note, then make the PDF with Download / Print PDF.
Tips
- Always link the credit note to the original invoice number so your books stay traceable.
- State the reason clearly (return, discount, error) - it matters for tax records.
- Keep the same numbering sequence as your invoices; gaps invite questions.
- Issue the credit note in the same tax period as the original sale when possible.
A credit note is a record of a reduction in the client account (less receivable). Data stays only in your browser. Figures are informational, not tax advice.
