Tips
- Use rem for font sizes so text respects the user's browser settings.
- Reserve px for borders and hairlines where exact rendering matters.
- Check the base font size on the html element first - the whole conversion depends on it.
- Percent widths are relative to the parent, so they can differ from what the converter shows.
Note: 1 pt = 1.333 px (at 96 dpi). em depends on the parent element's size, rem on the root.
