cURL Command Builder
Build a correct curl command without memorizing flags. Fill in the method, URL, headers, query parameters, JSON body and basic auth — the command is generated live and ready to paste into your terminal.
Sent as the request body with the content type you set in headers.
Generated command
curl "https://api.example.com/users"
How to use
- Pick the HTTP method and enter the full URL, starting with http or https.
- Add headers such as Content-Type: application/json with the Add header button.
- Add query parameters, a JSON body and basic auth if your request needs them.
- Toggle verbose output or compression as needed.
- Copy the generated command and paste it into your terminal.
Tips
- For POST, PUT and PATCH with a JSON body, add a header Content-Type with the value application/json.
- The URL must start with http:// or https://, otherwise the builder shows a warning.
- Values are safely quoted for the shell, so spaces and special characters in headers or the body do not break the command.
- Empty rows are skipped automatically, so you can leave unused rows blank.
