How to use
- Fill in the customer name, contact, product or service, and complaint details, then choose a priority.
- Click "Add complaint" — the date is set to today automatically.
- Change a complaint status anytime with the dropdown on its card.
- Use the filters and search to find complaints quickly. The days-open counter shows how long each complaint has been waiting.
