How to use
- Select the last sale date for each item — the day count is calculated for you.
- When an item sells, press Sold Today — the date will be set to today.
- Items unsold for 90+ days are dead stock — clear them with a discount.
Note: items come from your Inventory (Low Stock Alert List); last-sale dates are saved separately.
Tips
- Start with the 90+ days filter to find the stock tying up your cash first.
- Press Sold Today whenever an item moves — its day count resets automatically.
- Download the CSV each month so you have a record of what was dead when.
