How to use
- Paste your DNA sequence into the box (or press Load sample to try one).
- Press Analyze. Spaces and line breaks are ignored; lowercase letters are accepted.
- Only A, T, C and G are valid. Any other character is listed as invalid with its exact position.
- Use the Copy buttons to copy the complement, reverse complement or RNA sequence.
What the results mean
- GC content is the percentage of G and C bases. A higher GC content usually means a more stable double helix.
- Complement swaps every base with its pair (A↔T, C↔G) in the same order.
- Reverse complement is the sequence of the opposite strand: paired bases in reversed order.
- RNA transcription replaces every T with U, as in an RNA copy of the sequence.
Everything is analyzed in your browser — your sequence is never uploaded anywhere.
