What it checks
- Keys must be UPPER_SNAKE_CASE (letters, digits, underscores, starting with a letter). Lowercase or misspelled keys like PORTT are flagged.
- No spaces around the = sign.
- Every setting line must contain an =.
- Values with spaces or # must be quoted.
- Duplicate keys and empty values are reported.
- Comments (#) and blank lines are fine.
