How to use
- Enter the first and last roll numbers (add a prefix if your school uses one).
- Add each hall with its name, rows and columns. Seats = rows × columns.
- Press Generate Seating Plan. Rolls fill row by row, hall by hall.
- Press Print Charts for a clean page per hall entrance.
Note: Seats fill in roll order from the front row. If students are more than seats, the planner lists the unseated roll numbers so you can add another hall.
Tips
- Count the exact usable seats — skip broken desks when entering rows and columns.
- Post the chart at the hall entrance and one copy inside near the front row.
- For mixed classes, plan each class separately with its own roll range.
- Leave the front row empty for late comers only if the school policy allows it.
