Yes. Every time you add or change a fee item, the total updates and the amount-in-words line is written for you in English automatically.
Yes. Press Add fee item and type any description, such as Tuition Fee, Transport, Exam Fee or Library Fee. You can add as many rows as you need and remove any row you do not need.
A receipt number is generated automatically when the page loads. Press New receipt number for the next one, or type your own number in the receipt number box.
Yes. Press Print receipt and choose Save as PDF in your browser print dialog. The print layout is clean and fits on one page.
How to use
- Enter the school name, student name, class and month. The receipt number and date are filled in for you.
- Add fee items with the Add fee item button, and type each description and amount.
- Watch the total and the amount-in-words line update automatically.
- Enter who paid and who received the fee.
- Press Print receipt to print, or Copy as text to paste the receipt into a message or register.
