Paper vouchers bring customers back — and you do not need a designer to make them. Enter your shop name, amounts, quantities and expiry dates to generate printable vouchers with unique codes, QR codes and your own design.
How to use
- Enter your shop name, voucher amount, quantity and expiry date.
- Pick a design and press Generate Vouchers — each one gets a unique code with a QR code.
- Press Print Vouchers to print them, or Copy Codes to paste them into WhatsApp or Excel.
Note
These are simple self-managed vouchers for your own shop — there is no online system behind them. Keep a copy of the codes and tick them off as customers redeem them, so no code is used twice.
Tips
- Keep a simple register of issued codes and tick them off on redemption — this stops any code being used twice.
- Set an expiry date that feels generous; vouchers people fear losing drive faster repeat visits.
- Print on thicker paper or card if you can — flimsy vouchers feel cheap and tear easily.
- Test-print one voucher first to check the code and QR scan correctly before printing the full batch.
