Bulk Highlight PDF Text
Searching a long PDF for one word is slow and easy to miss. Upload your PDF, type the word, and this tool highlights every match on every page, then gives you a new highlighted PDF to download — all processed privately in your browser.
Your file is processed only in your browser. It is never uploaded anywhere.
How to use
- Select your PDF file.
- Type the word you want to highlight (there is also a case sensitive option).
- Press Highlight & Download — every page will be scanned and the highlighted PDF will be downloaded.
Tips
- Use the case-sensitive option when you need exact matches (for example, “Bill” vs “bill”).
- Very large PDFs take longer because each page is rendered as an image for highlighting.
- Your file never leaves your browser, so it is safe for private documents.
Note: pages are saved as images for highlighting, so large files may take a little time.
