HTML Form Generator
Build an HTML form visually: add fields of any type, set labels and placeholders, mark fields required, reorder them — and get clean, semantic HTML with label associations and client-side validation attributes, ready to copy.

How to use
- Set the form title, action and submit button text.
- Add fields one by one — choose the type, label, placeholder, and whether it is required. For dropdowns and radio or checkbox groups, enter the options.
- Reorder fields with the up and down buttons, then copy or download the generated HTML.
Note: The code is semantic HTML with proper label-for associations. Server-side validation is still required on your backend; client-side attributes are only a first line of defense.
Tips
- Use the email type for email fields so browsers validate the format automatically.
- Keep labels short and placeholders shorter — they are hints, not instructions.
- Group related fields in the same order visitors fill them to reduce drop-offs.
