How it works
- Add a plan with the customer name, item, total amount, down payment, number of monthly installments and the first due date.
- The tool builds the full schedule automatically: every installment gets a due date and amount, with the last one adjusted for rounding.
- When a customer pays, tick the checkbox on that installment row — collected, pending and remaining balance update instantly, and the next due date is shown on the plan card.
- Any installment past its due date that is still unpaid is highlighted red so overdue payments are impossible to miss.
- Delete a finished plan to keep your list tidy. Everything persists in your browser even after you close the tab.
Frequently asked questions
