How to use
- List all teachers, one name per line.
- Add each exam session with date, time, hall and the number of invigilators needed.
- Press Generate duty roster. Duties are shared round robin so totals stay balanced.
- Review the clash and overload alerts, then press Print roster for a clean chart.
Note: The tool never assigns the same teacher to two sessions at the same date and time. Your teachers and sessions are saved in this browser only.
Tips
- Enter every session of the whole exam week before generating, so balancing is fair across all days.
- If a session shows a shortage warning, add more teachers or split large halls.
- Re generate after adding a last minute session to rebalance the full plan.
