JSON to YAML Converter
Paste your JSON below or upload a .json file. The tool converts it to clean YAML with your chosen indentation — everything happens in your browser.

How to use
- Paste JSON into the input box, or upload a .json file.
- Choose 2 or 4 spaces for indentation.
- Click Convert to YAML. If the JSON is invalid, an error message shows the line and column.
- Copy the result or download it as a .yaml file.
The converter handles objects, arrays, strings (quoted when needed), numbers, booleans, null values, and deeply nested structures. Nothing is uploaded to any server.
