How to use
- Write the customer name and press Add.
- Click the customer, then add a Credit or Payment entry.
- The balance is calculated automatically. Download the CSV when you need it.
Note: your data stays in this browser only. If you clear your browser data or use another device, these records will not appear — keep taking CSV backups of your important records.
Tips
- Add a transaction every time a customer takes goods on credit — small entries today prevent disputes later.
- Download a CSV backup regularly; browser storage can be cleared, and the backup is your safety net.
- Use the payment history to see who pays on time and who needs a reminder.
