How to use

Note: Pipe characters inside cell text are escaped automatically so they do not break the table.
Tips
- Set rows and columns before typing to avoid re-editing cells.
- Choose center alignment for numbers and left alignment for text-heavy columns.
- Preview the table on GitHub — complex tables can render differently elsewhere.
