Multiple Business Profiles
Running more than one shop or business? Create a separate profile for each one so every shop's records and notes stay organized and fully separate, with quick switching between profiles whenever you need it.
How it works: each profile has its own key prefix (for example:
shop1, shop2). The account tools of Azlaan Tools keep their data separate with this prefix — for example azlaan7_shop1_ledger vs azlaan7_shop2_ledger. As soon as you switch profile, each tool shows that profile's data.

Only a–z, 0–9 and underscore. If left empty, it will be auto-created from the name.

How to use
- Use Create Profile to make a separate profile for each shop / business.
- Select the active profile — the account tools will show that profile's data.
- You can also write notes with each profile (for example: shop address, manager name).
- Use Rename to change the name, and Delete to remove the profile and its notes.
Tips
- Create the profile before entering data — records cannot be moved between profiles later.
- Use clear names like Main Road Shop or Online Store so switching is instant.
- Add the shop address and manager name in the notes for quick reference.
- Delete only profiles you no longer need; deleting a profile removes its notes too.
Note: data is saved only in your browser, it is never uploaded.
