How to check your application status
- Keep the token slip you received at the NADRA center safe until your card arrives.
- Send your 13-digit CNIC number (no dashes or spaces) by SMS to 8400 for status updates.
- Call the NADRA helpline 1777 if the SMS reply is unclear or your card is delayed.
- Visit a NADRA center in person with your token slip if the issue is still unresolved.
Use only official NADRA channels — never share your CNIC photo or token number with unknown callers or agents.
