General seasonal guidance only; timings are approximate and shift with weather and altitude. Karachi and Sindh run a few weeks earlier in autumn and later in spring. This is an estimate.
How to use
- Select the current month to see what to sow, transplant and harvest right now.
- Enter your bed size to get a simple area split among this month's crops.
- Use the full reference table to plan ahead for the next two months.
- Print the plan and take it to the nursery when buying seed.
Note: "Direct sow" means seed goes straight into the bed; "nursery" means raise seedlings first, then transplant.
Tips
- Start small: four to six crops in your first season teach you more than a crowded bed.
- Water seedlings gently twice a day in heat; strong sun kills more seedlings than cold does.
- Keep a small notebook of what you sowed and when — your own dates beat any calendar after one season.
