What is the difference between the L, M, Q and H error-correction levels?
The level controls how much damage the QR code can take and still be readable: L restores about 7 percent of data, M about 15 percent, Q about 25 percent, and H about 30 percent. H is best for printed materials; L keeps the code compact for on-screen use.
Why is my colored QR code hard to scan?
QR scanners need strong contrast between the dark and light modules. Keep the dark color dark and the background light, and avoid two similar or two dark colors. If scanning fails, increase the error-correction level to H.
How do I download the QR code I made?
After generating the code, click the Download PNG button. The image saves to your device at the size you selected, from 128 up to 1024 pixels.
