How to use this tool
- Add each employee with name, role and basic salary. Two sample employees are loaded on first use.
- Add allowance rows (for example transport or medical) and deduction rows (for example tax, EOBI or advance).
- Enter absence days — each day deducts one daily rate (basic salary divided by 30) — and overtime hours with an hourly rate.
- The result table updates automatically. Print it, export it as CSV, or copy it as text. Your sheet is saved in the browser automatically.
