Frequently asked questions
Yes. All customer records are stored only in your own browser using local storage. Nothing is sent to any server, so your data stays with you.
Open the customer account, then press Export this customer to CSV. You can also press Export all to CSV to download every customer in one file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
Settling adds a final payment entry for the full outstanding balance, which brings the balance to zero and marks the account as closed. The full history of entries is kept, so the record stays complete.
How to use
- Add each customer with a name and optional phone number.
- Select a customer to open their account, then add credit entries for what they take and payment entries for what they pay.
- Use the search box to find a customer quickly, and press Settle account when a customer clears their balance.
- Export to CSV any time for your own records or printing.
Note: Data is saved in this browser only. If you clear your browser storage, the records will be deleted, so export to CSV regularly for a backup.
