How to use

  1. Enter the date, opening cash, cash sales, card sales, and any cash taken out of the till.
  2. Add each expense paid from the till with its description and amount.
  3. Count the notes and coins in the drawer and enter the quantities.
  4. Check the summary: expected cash, counted cash, and the short or over difference.
  5. Press Save This Close to keep the record, or Print Closing Report for a paper copy.

Note: Expected cash = opening cash + cash sales − expenses − cash taken out. All data is saved in your browser local storage.

Tips

  • Count the drawer twice before saving — small coin mistakes cause most short readings.
  • Record expenses the moment you pay them so the closing math always matches.
  • A repeated short on the same shift is a sign to recheck the counting routine.
