Frequently asked questions
Add each customer who buys on credit with the amount owed and a due date. The dashboard shows total outstanding and overdue amounts, and entries past their due date are highlighted in red. Record payments to reduce the balance and copy a ready reminder message to send to the customer.
Yes. Press Payment received on any customer, enter the amount they paid, and the balance goes down. If the full amount is paid, the entry is marked as settled.
Yes. All records are stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device. Nothing is sent to any server.
How to use
- Enter the customer name, amount owed and due date, then press Save due entry.
- The dashboard shows your total outstanding, overdue amount and payments collected this month.
- Overdue entries are highlighted in red so you can see them at a glance.
- Press Payment received to record a partial or full payment. The balance updates automatically.
- Press Copy reminder to get a ready message you can send to the customer by SMS or WhatsApp.
