Stock value = quantity x purchase cost. Profit per unit = sale price - purchase cost. A product is flagged LOW when its quantity is at or below its threshold.

How to use
- Enter the product name, quantity in stock, purchase cost per unit and sale price per unit.
- Set the low stock threshold — the tool warns you when stock falls to this level or below.
- Use the search box or the filter to find products quickly, and press Edit or Delete in the table to change an item.
- Watch the shop summary for total stock value, potential revenue and potential profit.
- Press Export CSV to download your inventory for Excel or Google Sheets.
Tips
- Count your physical stock once a week and update the quantities so warnings stay accurate.
- Set the threshold based on how fast each item sells — fast sellers need a higher threshold.
- Review products with zero or negative profit per unit and fix the sale price before reordering.
- Export a CSV backup before clearing or switching devices — browser data is not shared between browsers.
