Frequently asked questions
A reorder level is the stock quantity at which you want to buy more. When a product falls to this level or below, it appears on the reorder list so you can order before it runs out.
Red means out of stock, so you cannot sell the item right now. Amber means stock is at or below the reorder level, so you should order soon. Green means stock is above the reorder level and everything is fine.
Your products are saved in your own browser using local storage. Nothing is sent to any server, so your data stays private and works offline. Clearing your browser data will remove the list.
How to use
- Add each product with its current stock, reorder level and unit of measure.
- Use the minus and plus buttons when items are sold or new stock arrives.
- Watch the status badges: red means out of stock, amber means reorder soon, green means all is well.
- Open the reorder list, export it as CSV and share it with your supplier before stock runs out.
