Schools should verify this result against their own fee policy, because late fee rules differ from school to school.
How to use
- Enter the fee amount in rupees and the due date.
- Enter the payment date, or leave it empty to use today.
- Pick a late fee rule and enter the daily rate or rates.
- Press Calculate Late Fee to see the breakdown.
Tips
- Days late counts full calendar days after the due date.
- If the payment date is on or before the due date, there is no late fee.
- With weekly slabs, days 1 to 7 use the first-week rate and day 8 onwards use the second rate.
- This calculator only applies the rule you enter — it does not know your school official policy.
