Student Result Percentage Calculator
Add your subjects with obtained and total marks to calculate your overall percentage, Pakistani board grade (A1 to Fail), and division. Per-subject bars show your strongest and weakest subjects at a glance.

Per-subject performance
Each bar shows the percentage you scored in that subject.
How to read the result
- Percentage = (total obtained marks ÷ total marks) × 100. It is calculated across all subjects together.
- Grade follows the Pakistani board scale: 90+ = A1, 80–89 = A, 70–79 = B, 60–69 = C, 50–59 = D, 40–49 = E, below 40 = Fail.
- Division: 60% or above = 1st division, 45–59% = 2nd division, 40–44% = 3rd division, below 40% = Fail.
- Use the per-subject bars to spot weak subjects and plan where extra study will lift your total the most.

Frequently asked questions
How is the percentage calculated for board results?
Percentage = (total obtained marks / total marks) x 100. Add the obtained marks of all subjects, divide by the sum of their total marks, and multiply by 100. This calculator does all three steps for you.
What is the difference between a grade and a division?
A grade (A1, A, B, C, D, E) describes your percentage band: 90 and above is A1, 80 to 89 is A, 70 to 79 is B, 60 to 69 is C, 50 to 59 is D, and 40 to 49 is E. A division is a wider category used for admissions and jobs: 60 percent or above is 1st division, 45 to 59 is 2nd division, and 40 to 44 is 3rd division.
What is the minimum passing percentage?
On this scale, 40 percent is the minimum pass (grade E). Anything below 40 percent is marked as Fail. Some boards apply extra subject-wise rules, so treat this as a close estimate of your official result.
Will this match my official board result exactly?
In most cases yes, if you enter the marks exactly as printed on your result card. Boards sometimes round marks or apply practical and grace-mark rules, so a tiny difference is possible. Use it as a reliable estimate, not an official document.
