How to use
- Add suppliers and items.
- Type the rate for each item in each supplier's column — leave it blank if you have no rate.
- Each item's cheapest rate will automatically turn green, and each supplier's total will appear below.
Tips
- Ask every supplier for rates on the same unit — mixed units make comparisons meaningless.
- Do not pick the cheapest line alone; check delivery time and payment terms too.
- Re-run the comparison whenever prices change — old quotes go stale fast.
- Download a CSV copy with the winning supplier marked before placing the order.
