A multi-activity timer for teachers. Build a lesson plan from preset activity slots, run each timed block with automatic transitions and sound alerts, and keep track of total lesson time. No account needed — everything runs in your browser.
Quick add:
Tip: change any duration by typing a new number of minutes in its row. The plan is saved in your browser automatically.
How does the teacher classroom timer work?
Build a lesson plan by adding activities such as Warm-up, Teaching, Group Work, Quiz, and Break, each with its own duration. Press Start to run the activities one after another. The timer moves to the next activity automatically and plays a beep when it switches.
Can I change the duration of each activity?
Yes. Type a new number of minutes in any activity row of your plan, from 1 to 120 minutes. You can also add a custom activity with your own name and duration using the add form.
What happens when an activity ends?
When the countdown reaches zero the timer plays a beep sound, marks the activity as done, and starts the next activity automatically. After the last activity it plays a completion sound and shows the total elapsed lesson time.
Can I add my own activities to the plan?
Yes. Type any activity name and duration in the custom activity form and press Add activity. You can also remove any activity from the plan with its remove button, and reload the default plan at any time.
How is the total lesson time calculated?
Total lesson time is the sum of all activity durations in your plan. The summary shows total time, how much has elapsed, and how much is left, updating live while the timer runs.
Is my lesson plan saved for next time?
Yes. Your lesson plan is stored in your browser local storage, so it is still there when you return. The timer itself does not keep running when you close the tab; press Start to begin again.
