The tool walks through your teacher list in order and gives each duty slot to the next teacher, wrapping around. Every day it starts one step further, so over the week the duties spread evenly across all teachers.
Yes. Common slots like Morning Assembly, Gate Duty, Corridor, Playground and Canteen are filled in for you. Add your own slots with the Add slot button, edit any name, or remove a slot you do not need.
The roster handles it automatically. Teachers simply take a second duty on that day, and the duty counts below the table show exactly who has how many, so you can see the balance at a glance.
Yes. After generating, press Print roster. A clean print stylesheet shows only the roster table and the duty counts, so it prints or saves as PDF on one or two tidy pages.
How to use
- Type each teacher name on its own line in the Teachers box.
- Adjust the duty slots and tick the days of the week you need.
- Press Generate roster to see the day-by-day table with rotating assignments.
- Check the duties-per-teacher counts to confirm the load is fair.
- Press Shuffle and regenerate for a different order, or Print roster to share it.
