How to use
- Add each absent teacher with the periods they miss, for example 2,4,5.
- Add each available teacher with their free periods, for example 1,2,3,6.
- Press Assign substitutions. Each missed period goes to a free teacher, with the load spread evenly.
- Periods nobody can cover are shown in red as Not covered. Use Print plan for a clean printout.
Tips
- Periods must be plain numbers — letters and ranges are ignored.
- Remove a teacher with the Remove button and re-assign to rebuild the plan.
- Clear wipes both lists and the plan so you can start a fresh day.
