How to use
  1. Set the date of your meeting (today is pre-filled) and your timezone — Asia/Karachi is the default.
  2. Choose three target zones for the other participants.
  3. Drag the meeting hour slider to your preferred time; the selected row is highlighted and its converted times are shown in the blue box.
  4. Read the badges: green = inside business hours (9 AM – 6 PM local), amber = early morning or evening, red = night time.
  5. The green banner lists hours that are good for everyone at once — start there when scheduling.
Frequently asked questions

How are the times converted?

The tool uses the browser's built-in Intl.DateTimeFormat API, which knows the correct offset and daylight saving rules for every zone on the selected date.

Why does the same hour look different on different dates?

Some zones observe daylight saving time. The offset for cities like London or New York changes between summer and winter, and the tool applies the rules for the date you picked.

What counts as business hours?

9 AM to 6 PM local time is marked green, 7 to 9 AM and 6 to 10 PM are amber, and everything else is red.

Can I compare more than three zones?

The table shows your timezone plus three targets. To compare more zones, change the target dropdowns and the table updates instantly.
