FAQs
How is the receipt number created?
A unique receipt number is generated automatically each time you open the page, and you can edit it before generating the receipt.
Does the receipt show the amount in words?
Yes. The net payable amount is written out in words on the receipt, which is the standard format for fee records.
How is the Paid or Due status decided?
Enter the amount paid. If it equals the net payable amount the status shows PAID; anything less shows DUE with the remaining balance.
Is my data stored on a server?
No. Everything runs in your browser, and no data is sent to or stored on any server.
