BISE Second Annual Exams 2026 Date Sheet Pakistan

Second annual exams are the second chance for students who missed a paper, failed a subject, or want to improve a result. Every board of intermediate and secondary education (BISE) publishes its own date sheet, and the schedules do not match across boards. This hub gathers the confirmed second annual picture for 2026 and shows where to verify your own board dates.

Only the boards named above have published dates quoted here. If your board is not listed, it does not mean your exams are late or cancelled: it means you must check your board own site, where its date sheet is published when ready.

Written Exams: What the Date Sheet Tells You

Each board date sheet lists the subject, paper, date, and timing for every written exam, plus the exam centres. Read the full sheet, not just the first date: subjects are spread across weeks, and morning and evening papers can fall on the same day. Note these points from your sheet:

  • The exact date and start time of each of your papers.
  • Your exam centre, which may differ from your school.
  • Any revised-sheet notice: if your board issues a revised sheet, the revised sheet replaces the old one completely.
  • Whether any paper falls on a public holiday, in which case the board notice, not rumour, decides the new date.

Practical Exams: Mid-November Window

Practical exams for science subjects follow the written exams. For the boards with revised SSC Annual-II schedules, practicals start from mid-November 2026. Practical dates are set subject by subject and centre by centre, so two students in the same board can have different practical dates. Confirm your practical date, time, and centre from your date sheet or your school notice, and reach the centre early with your practical record and lab work complete.

Where Each Board Publishes Its Official Date Sheet

Every board publishes its date sheet on its own official website, in the date sheet or downloads section. Search for your board name plus the words "official website" and check that the site belongs to the board itself, not to a news blog or a results aggregator. Download the PDF and keep it on your phone and in print. If a board site is slow on result days, wait and retry the official site rather than switching to a fake result site.

  • Use only your own board site: a date sheet from another board never applies to you.
  • Check the sheet title and year: Second Annual 2026, not Annual 2026 or an older year.
  • Keep the revised sheet if one appears, and discard the older version so the two are never mixed up.

Mobile Phone Rule and Test Day Checklist

Mobile phones are not allowed inside the exam hall. Boards treat a phone found on a student as a malpractice case, even if the phone is switched off, so the safest choice is to leave the phone at home.

  • Carry your roll number slip and original CNIC or school card.
  • Carry your own pens and stationery as instructed on the slip.
  • Leave your mobile phone at home. Do not carry it in a pocket or a bag into the hall.
  • Reach the centre at least 30 minutes before the paper starts.
  • Write your roll number correctly on every answer book before starting.

How to Check Results Without Fake Result Sites

Result season brings a wave of fake result websites that copy board designs, ask for roll numbers and personal details, and show wrong results. Protect yourself with these rules:

  • Check results only on your board official result portal, or through the official method printed in the board notice.
  • Never enter your roll number, CNIC, or phone number on a site that is not your board official site.
  • Ignore social media posts claiming early results: boards announce result dates in advance on their official channels.
  • If a site asks for payment to show a result, it is fake. Board results are free.

For step-by-step result checking, read the BISE result check guide. After results, students planning the next step can estimate admission chances with an admission merit calculator and organise study with an assignment planner.

Frequently asked questions

When do BISE SSC second annual written exams start in 2026?

The revised SSC Annual-II date sheets of BISE Bannu and BISE Abbottabad put written exams from 22 October 2026. Other boards publish their own date sheets with their own start dates, so students must check the date sheet of their own board, not another board.

When are the BISE second annual practical exams held?

For the boards that have published revised schedules, practical exams follow the written exams from mid-November 2026. The exact practical dates, subjects, and centres are printed on each board date sheet, and students should confirm their own practical schedule from that sheet.

How do I download my BISE date sheet?

Download the date sheet only from your own board official website. Open the date sheet or downloads section, find the Second Annual or Annual-II sheet for your class, and save the PDF. Do not rely on a screenshot forwarded on WhatsApp, because revised sheets replace older ones and screenshots are often out of date.

Where do I check my Class 11 result safely?

Check results only on your board official result portal or through the official result method printed in the board notice. Fake result websites copy board designs to collect personal data and show wrong results, so never enter your roll number on a site that is not your board official site.

What happens if I miss a paper in the second annual exams?

A missed paper is treated as absent for that subject, and the student must wait for the next annual exam cycle to reappear. If illness or an emergency caused the absence, contact the board office promptly with proof, because only the board can advise whether any provision applies in that case.
