How to use
- Add each grocery item with the price you paid and the date of purchase.
- Add a new entry for the same item each time you buy it again.
- Check the overview table to see the price change % per item and your total basket inflation.
- Sort by Change % to find which items are rising fastest.
Tips
- Log prices right after shopping while the receipt is in front of you.
- Keep the same unit for each item (for example always 5L for oil) so comparisons are fair.
- Items rising faster than the rest are good candidates to buy in bulk when on offer.
- Two or three entries per item are enough to show a clear trend.
