Pakistan IBAN Validator
Paste any IBAN to check it. The tool cleans up the formatting, verifies the Pakistan structure (PK + 2 check digits + 4-character bank code + 16 digits), identifies the bank, and runs the official MOD-97 checksum — with every step explained.

FAQs
A Pakistan IBAN is a 24-character account identifier: the letters PK, two check digits, a 4-character bank code, and a 16-digit account number.
The first four characters are moved to the end, letters are converted to numbers (A = 10 up to Z = 35), and the resulting long number is divided by 97. A valid IBAN leaves a remainder of exactly 1.
Yes. If the 4-character bank code matches a known Pakistani bank code in the built-in list, the tool shows the bank name. If the code is unknown, it still checks the format and the checksum.
No. The checksum only proves the IBAN was typed correctly. Whether the account actually exists can only be confirmed by the bank.
No. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or saved, so it is safe to paste an IBAN here.
IBANs are usually printed in groups of four with spaces. Those are only formatting, not part of the IBAN, so the tool removes them before checking.
