How to use
- Enter the total cash price of the item.
- Set the down payment as a fixed amount or a percentage of the price.
- Choose how many monthly installments the buyer will pay.
- Keep markup at 0 for a zero-markup plan, or add a percentage if you charge one.
- Pick the first installment date to generate a dated payment schedule.
- Use the Copy Schedule button to paste the plan into WhatsApp or a receipt.
Tips
- Keep markup at 0 for a true zero-markup plan - any percentage adds a flat charge to the financed amount.
- Use the Copy Schedule button to paste the plan into WhatsApp so both sides have a written record.
- Shorter terms mean higher monthly amounts but less collection risk; find the balance that suits your buyers.
- Always write the installment plan into your receipt or sale agreement - verbal terms are hard to enforce.
Note: This is a planning tool only. Markup added here is a simple flat charge on the financed amount, not a bank-style reducing-balance interest rate. Always agree the plan in writing with the buyer, including what happens on a missed payment.
