Frequently asked questions
How do I convert an invoice from one currency to another?
Add your line items with descriptions, quantities and unit prices, choose the base currency you priced in, then pick a target currency and enter the exchange rate. The tool shows every line and the total in both currencies.
Can I change the exchange rates used in the calculation?
Yes. Every currency pair has an editable rate field. The prefilled values are sample rates only, so update them with your bank or payment provider rate before sending the invoice.
How do I share the converted invoice with a client?
Click Copy summary to copy a plain-text breakdown of all line items and totals to your clipboard, or click Print to open a clean print view you can save as PDF.
Is the conversion rate the same as my bank will use?
Not necessarily. Banks and payment services add their own margin to market rates. Always replace the sample rate with the exact rate your bank or service quotes you.
