How to use
- Select the month, then add Revenue (sales, services), COGS (cost of sold stock) and Expenses (rent, electricity, salaries) lines.
- Gross Profit = Revenue − COGS, Net Profit = Gross − Expenses will be calculated automatically, with margin %.
- Use Print / PDF to print the statement or make a PDF.
Tips
- Record revenue when the sale is made, not when cash arrives, to keep months comparable.
- Split costs honestly between COGS and expenses — it makes your gross margin meaningful.
- A falling net margin with steady sales usually means expenses are creeping up; check them line by line.
- Print or save a PDF each month so you have a clean record for tax time.
