Tips
- Always compare plots using per-marla rates, not total prices — a bigger plot can look expensive but be cheaper per marla.
- Plots in societies are often priced in kanal fractions (1 kanal = 20 marla); select Kanal in the unit box to enter those directly.
- Ask the dealer for the exact plot size from the registry paper before trusting any quoted per-marla rate.
- Rates shown are simple division of price by size — they do not include transfer tax, stamp duty, or agent fees.
