Steps to Get a Fard from a PLRA Service Center

  1. Visit your district PLRA service center (Arazi Record Center) with your original CNIC. Know your khewat number, khasra number, or the property owner name if possible.
  2. Get a token at the reception and tell the officer you need a fard for sale, mortgage, or court purpose.
  3. Pay the fee at the designated bank counter inside the center (normal or urgent, as calculated above).
  4. Biometric verification — thumb impression at the counter to confirm your identity.
  5. Collect your fard — normal fards are usually ready the same or next working day; urgent fards are issued the same day from the priority counter.
