How to use

Note: The shares always add up to exactly the pool you entered, rounded to the nearest whole amount.
Tips
- Equal split builds team spirit; salary share feels fair to senior staff; performance weight rewards effort.
- Announce the method before the bonus — people accept results better when the rule is known in advance.
- Keep performance scores consistent: score everyone with the same honest standard.
- Combine methods if you like — for example, 70 percent by salary and 30 percent by performance, by running the tool twice.
